This privacy policy is an electronic document that regulates our relations with potential consumers of our services in the field of storage of personal data.

What we collect and store

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

Depending on your order, we can send information containing your telephone number, address, first and last name, email, amount to be paid to our partners, who help us carry out your orders and provide services for the sale of services. Among them: Speedy Courier Company (https://www.speedy.bg/bg), EKONT Courier Company (https://www.econt.com/), DHL Courier Company (http://www.dhl.com/en.html) and postal company “Bulgarian Post” (https://www.bgpost.bg/). Also, if we send your order by transport company, we send data to them (phone, company data, name of cargo reciver).

Your data is stored using a server physically located in Holland. Also, in order to ensure the operation of the service, the data is copied weekly to servers of third-party hosting servers, as well as to the Google cloud storage (https://www.google.com/drive/). Data transfer is carried out using 2048 bit encryption.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
